Hi I'm Yvonne and I have a 15month old desexed male dingo. Dingo's are wonderful animals to have barring you don't want fly screens, trampolines, sheds and your neighbours love them too.
In the 14months Mojin has been a part of our family he has been more of a hand full than all 3 of my kids. I have raised many unusual animals in my life but a dingo has been my most challenging and most difficult yet. Mojin is lovely with people and can't stand being left on his own for to long. If he feels I've gone for to long he does some very distructive things, for example we don't have any fly screen windows or security doors left. He has also chewed up our trampoline and dug a den under our shed and caved that in. Every day he needs to be busy either working or playing to curb his behaviour problems. In the beginning I studied up on dingo's and thought it would be great to have one but in all honesty I didn't expect to go through everything I have.

Mojin does some incredible things that amaze me. He loves skidding down our waterfall on his backside and landing in our pond. He climbs our fruit trees and watches the neighbours (they don't like this much) but hey, he is a dingo and they love to climb and be up high. When we go on holidays we have to take Mojin with us and that in it's self can be a problem because as we found out there's not many places that allow you to have a dog and when they see Mojin well, they won't let you in. You can't put a dingo in the kennels they kill themselves. So yeh, your'e kind of stuck there but in saying all that, my family would not be the same without MOJIN. We love him dearly and wouldn't want to live without him.
